\title "Specify the Amount of Dither"
\next "mdma_lace"
\prev ""
This slide gadget allows you to specify the amount of dithering. If the
control is moved all the way to the left, there will be no dithering in the
displayed image. Moving the slider all of the way to the right will allow
for the greatest amount of dithering in the image. Dithering is used to
approximate the colors in the actual image.

\title "256 Color AGA Display Mode"
\next "mdma_ham"
\prev "mdma_nonlace"
This is a 256 color AGA display mode. It can be used in conjunction with the
High Resolution, Super High Resolution, or Super 72 display modes. The 256
colors will be reselected each time the image is forced into a redraw. This
is done so that the best possible color are displayed in the image.

\next "mdma_super"
\prev "mdma_256"
This is a 64 color mode, but the colors are selected from a 24-bit palette.
This mode can be used in conjunction with the High Resolution, Super High

each time the image is forced into a redraw. This is done so that the best

\title "Super High Resolution"
\next "mdma_72"
\prev "mdma_ham"
This resolution, when selected, will allow for a display area of 1280x400 or
1280x200 dependent on your lace setting. If this mode, or the Super 72 mode,
are both \{ \ts b not \} selected, the image will be displayed in High

\title "Super 72"
\next "mdma_reserve"
\prev "mdma_super"
The Super 72 mode is an Interlaced mode with a display region of 800x600.
This mode can not be "flicker fixed", and no choice is given for the lace
setting. If this mode, or the Super High Resolution mode, are both \{ \ts b
not \} selected, the image will be displayed in High Resolution only.

\title "Reserve Black and White"
\next ""
\prev "mdma_72"
This control, when selected, will reserve black and white for drawing the
dotted line marquee. This means that Imagemaster will automatically select
black and white as the first two colors of the 64 or 256 available colors
(dependent on the mode selection). If you do not select this control,
Imagemaster will not automatically select balck and white as the first two
colors. If you are using the dotted line marquee with this control not
selected, Imagemaster will simply use the two colors with the greatest amount
of contrast between them. The dotted line marquee control is found in the \{
\ts b Setup \} panel.
